Forkbat is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to NFBC or its parent company.
Access to Forkbat requires a paid subscription.
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at forkbat.support@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at our discretion, including if:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for any current subscription period.
The draft projections tool displays publicly available player projection data for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Projection data should not be the sole basis for fantasy baseball decisions. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from use of the projection data.
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all browsers or NFBC website versions. The NFBC website may change in ways that affect Extension functionality, and we cannot guarantee timely updates in response to such changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to fantasy baseball losses or missed draft opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the Extension as a whole at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
