Introduction

Thank you for using Forkbat, a browser extension designed to enhance the user interface of the NFBC (National Fantasy Baseball Championship) website. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our Extension.

Information Collection and Use

What Information We Collect

The Forkbat Extension:

• Does not collect personal information such as your name or other identifying information beyond what is necessary to manage your subscription.
• Processes certain data locally on your device:
  • MLB lineup data fetched from the Forkbat API (https://api.forkbat.com/mlbLineupData)
  • Publicly available player projection data fetched from the Forkbat API for the draft tool
  • Your NFBC fantasy team lineup and draft information displayed on the NFBC website
  • Razzball projection data fetched directly from Razzball's Hittertron and Streamonator pages using your Razzball login session, for the Lineup Projections feature. This data is parsed locally and never transmitted to Forkbat servers.
• Collects limited account information to manage paid subscriptions, including your email address and subscription status. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details.
• Reads your Razzball login cookie when the Lineup Projections feature is active, in order to verify that you are logged in to Razzball and to obtain your Razzball username. Your username is transmitted to the Forkbat API (https://api.forkbat.com) solely to record that you have a valid Razzball subscription, and is only sent when projections are successfully loaded. This transmission occurs at most once per unique username.
• Does not store fantasy team data or browsing data on external servers. All NFBC page processing occurs locally within your browser.

How We Use Information

The Extension uses the data mentioned above solely to:

• Display MLB lineup slot indicators on the NFBC set lineup pages
• Enable team search functionality within the NFBC interface
• Display publicly available player projections within the NFBC draft room
• Display Razzball projected values on the NFBC Set Lineup page (Lineup Projections feature)
• Verify your active Forkbat subscription to enable Extension features
• Provide visual enhancements to the NFBC user interface

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or sell it to anyone.

When you use the Lineup Projections feature, the Extension fetches pages from Razzball (https://razzball.com) using your existing Razzball login session, exactly as your browser would if you visited those pages directly. Your Razzball username is also transmitted to the Forkbat API to record that a valid Razzball subscription was confirmed. No other personal data is shared with third parties.

Third-Party Services

The Extension interacts with the following third-party services:

• NFBC website (https://nfc.shgn.com/) to enhance its user interface
• Forkbat API (https://api.forkbat.com/) to fetch MLB lineup data, player projections, verify subscription status, and record Razzball username confirmation
• Stripe (https://stripe.com/) to process subscription payments. Stripe may collect payment and billing information directly. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.
• Razzball (https://razzball.com/) — when you use the Lineup Projections feature, the Extension fetches Razzball's Hittertron and Streamonator pages using your Razzball session. This is functionally equivalent to you visiting those pages yourself. Your Razzball username is also sent to the Forkbat API as described above.

Data Security

The limited account data we store (email address and subscription status) is used solely for managing access to the Extension. We do not store payment card details — all payment data is handled by Stripe. All NFBC page data and fantasy team information is processed locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

Children's Privacy

The Extension does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The Extension is intended for use by fantasy baseball enthusiasts who use the NFBC platform.
